Children's Outpatients

Children's Outpatients Dept JCF in Olomouc The Children's Outpatients Dept. is intended for children with motor and mental handicaps who are being taken care of in the form of all-day stays.

Comprehensive care is provided by a specialised team – a doctor, a psychologist, children's nurses, physiotherapists, and special pedagogues who work there in a detached department of the elementary school and kindergarten of the University Hospital in Olomouc.

The physiotherapy of children makes use of the latest methods, including the Vojta Method, hydrotherapy, and exercises with balls and balance plates.

The children may practise hippotherapy and dog therapy and visit a salt cave.

The capacity of the Children's Outpatients Dept. is 25 places.
